Saturday Race Coaching

Our newly qualified Race Coach Team is starting Saturday afternoon coaching sessions for all club members stage 3+ who are keen to get into the world of racing, our just find out a bit more about what it's all about.

The team is looking to begin these sessions next Saturday 24 September from 1pm-3.30pm, and is planning to run each very week for as long as it is safe and comfortable to do so. There will not be a session on the Saturday 15th of October due to the End of Season Club Regatta which everyone is encouraged to come down to the loch and attend (more details to follow).

The Saturday sessions will be focusing on the racing Optimists, Toppers, Fevas and Lasers, although members can also use their own boats for these sessions if they prefer. The team can offer personalised training for these boats, which are all great classes to get into racing and have good sized fleets to compete against in Scotland.

The team is planning the sessions in order to get the absolute best for all that attend, aiming towards regional race standard.
